Current Opening – Receptionist

Seeking mature, personable, well organized, detail-oriented team member with excellent phone and customer service skills. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined.
Some responsibilities will include:
Answer all calls & create tickets for IT/Web Consultants. Give ticket number to client & transfer to IT/Web cue.
Strive to provide excellent customer service when clients call, by accessing account, documenting issue in ticket, & connecting to appropriate department as friendly & quickly as possible.
Retrieve messages from reception voicemail. Create tickets for IT/Web Consultants, if appropriate.
Maintain calendar of president and make appointments & confirmations (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.)
Assist office manager with miscellaneous tasks, as directed.
Greet visitors & accept packages.
Look after aesthetics of office/kitchen by straightening, cleaning, restocking & organizing, as needed.
Take lunch orders & order online/phone for office celebrations.
Miscellaneous research in database & internet, as directed.

Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or relevant position.
Familiarity with office machines (e.g. printer etc.)
Proficient in English (oral and written).
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
Strong communication, customer service and people skills.
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Problem-solving skills.
