TNTMAX values the following elements of our business: Management Overview TNTMAX, LLC's ("TNTMAX ") management have had extensive business experience, both in running large operations and successfully developing startups. They have honed their excellent technology and management skills in the respective executive positions they have held. J. Gordon Stanley Mr. Stanley is a successful entrepreneur and investor with an excellent management track record in business as well as civic and non-profit organizations. As an owner and Executive Vice President of Tri-Dim Filter Corporation, he was instrumental in building the company from a two-man operation in 1968, into a dominant supplier of air filters in the United States. He also established operations worldwide focusing particularly on Europe. Tri-Dim was sold in 1988 and Mr. Stanley continues to be involved in the investment community and serves as general partner in numerous commercial real estate ventures. He presently serves as CEO of Trinity Network Technologies, LLC. Mr. Stanley has played a prominent role as a civic leader particularly in the Township of Wyckoff and the State of New Jersey. He served in various appointed and elected positions including Mayor of Wyckoff. He is presently Chairman of the Wyckoff Planning Board and former Chairman of the Bergen County Board of Education. Under his leadership, Wyckoff established its current infrastructure, including roads, sewers and zoning, that has transformed this former rural community into a premier Bergen County residential community, not far from New York City. Also Mr. Stanley is involved in many other activities including serving as Chairman of the Elder Board of Cornerstone Christian Church, Former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Operation Mobilization, and former Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Eastern Christian Children's Retreat. Frederic V. Farcy Today I want my business activities to be centered around what I know best, technology and security. Mr. Farcy is a recognized leader in the field of computers, telecommunications and networking security technologies as well as internet, wireless networking, and other emerging technologies. He has been featured as an expert in these technologies in publications such as Byte Magazine, Reuters, Ragan's Intranet Report, Security Solutions and Korea.Internet.com. He also has interviewed on CNET Radio, and presented at conferences such as I-Publishing Expo. In addition, Mr. Farcy has written numerous articles and "white papers" dealing with internet security, intranet deployment, technology and small business issues and author a book on Linux Debian by Example. From 1996 to 2001 Mr. Farcy was the founder and CEO of CarbonMedia, an international e-marketing and software company in New York City. Under his leadership the company averaged over 1,600% growth in sales from 1996 to 2000, and was selected in 1999, 2000 and 2001 as one of the Deloitte & Touche's NY Fast 50, the 50 fastest growing hi-tech companies in New York. In 1988, Mr. Farcy founded his first company, Farcystems, Inc., a networking and database programming service company which was recently reborn as TNTMAX, LLC, Mr. Farcy's latest venture. Organizations he has worked with in the past on technology issues include AT&T, Time Warner, the French Government, France Telecom North America, the International Advertising Association, Construction Specialties Group, Beth Israel Hospitial, Columbia Hospital, The Insall Scott Kelly Sport Institute, Vectant. Mr. Farcy also has conducted technology consulting and implementation projects for multinational organizations such as Banques Populaires Group, (an $80 billion dollar French banking institution), Broadcast Architecture, AMFMI groups and AT&T. Mr. Farcy is a strong advocate of Open Source software and indeed uses, the Linux operating system as the core of all TNTMAX security technology solutions. |
